At Chaverware, providing TOP NOTCH support is our primary concern. We have a full staff of full time technicians providing courteous and expert support from 8:30 AM to 6 PM Eastern time, Monday thru Friday (Support ends at 4:30 PM on Fridays and the night before holidays). We have other technical staff, working on development and data conversion who are fully capable of providing technical support in busy times or absences of our staff.
Our support is provided through a sophisticated web application that allows us to remotely connect with your computer and share control, providing us with the same information that you are seeing, and giving us the ability to "show" you the solution, not just tell you. This tool is accessible right from within Chaverware whenever you need it.
Our average hold time is 20 minutes, but often you will be helped in much less time than that.
